Good Cheer is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven Food Pantry Team Member to support our food pantry in Bayview and help pick up food donations. This role combines driving a Good Cheer box truck with hands-on food pantry work, including stocking shelves, assisting shoppers, and supporting volunteers.

Schedule: Sundays (2 mornings/month) and full days Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Pay: $20.81/hour, with annual cost-of-living increases and an additional raise after 2.5 years

Benefits: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; 25% thrift store discount; paid food handler’s permit; optional dental and vision after 60 days

The ideal candidate is a team player who can regularly lift up to 60 lbs, has a valid driver’s license and good driving record, and is comfortable working in a busy, active environment. Experience with customer service, volunteers, and diverse communities is valued; Spanish language skills are a plus.
