What a winter!

This winter has been ferocious, starting early with a huge snowstorm just as volunteers were harvesting for Thanksgiving! Then in mid-January, another snowstorm of heavy wet snow nearly crushed the hoophouse, but fortunately the snow melted quickly and the hoophouse bounced back!It may have been a challenging winter, but some kale prevailed, and we're ready for spring to come!
